Jewish American Neighborhoods of Waterbury

The Jewish population in Waterbury has been increasing over the past many decades, predominantly in the areas east of Columbia Boulevard and West of the north-central part of Hill Street.  More recently, the Blue Ridge neighborhood in the Bucks Hill sector of Waterbury, abutting Waterville, has become nearly exclusively Jewish in population.

Many members of the Yeshiva are also members of the Historic Overlook Neighborhood Association and of a near twin, in membership, Waterbury Citizen's Patrol.  The Waterbury Citizen's Patrol traditionally works closely with the Historic Overlook Neighborhood Association and both organizations have recently been working with the Upper Fulton Park Neighborhood Association.
