Police Seek Help to Identify Burglar in Video

After a burglary late Tuesday night into early Wednesday morning, March 20th into March 21st, 2018, a home in Blue Ridge was burglarized. 

This is an interesting occurrence not only because Blue Ridge is an exceptionally small neighborhood, but also because it is a very tight-knit neighborhood.  The people of Blue Ridge are almost exclusively Jewish, and "everybody knows everybody" in the neighborhood.  Also, there is no purpose for anyone to be in the neighborhood, except those who live there and those who are visiting residents; there are no businesses, and the neighborhood is out of the way for any other purpose.

The Waterbury police department is asking for help in locating a primary suspect, whose face is clearly seen on a security video.  In fact, the man in question practically smiled for the camera.  From the footage, it appears that the suspect arrived afoot.
