​Exits Council

The Washington Park Neighborhood Association (WPNA) in June of 2017 gave up it's membership in the Waterbury Neighborhood Council (WNC).  Calls to association officials went unanswered, but the move came simultaneously with an exit from the WNC by the Western Hills Neighborhood Association (WHNA) and the South End Neighborhood Association (SENA).
