National Congress of Black Women - Aldermanic Candidate Forum

Over 50 guests and 23 candidates took part on Wednesday, November 1st 2017, in the Aldermanic Candidate Forum which was held at City Hall's Veterans' Hall and was hosted by the National Congress of Black Women.  All Aldermanic candidates were invited to participate in the event.  Some of the participants and notable guests included Joseph J. Santopietro, Greg Hadley, Ronald Napoli junior, Sandra Martinez-McCarthy, Brenda Liz Cotto, Roger Sherman, Justin Patrick DeVaull, Joe Luchene, Lawrence V. De Pillo, Cicero B. Booker junior, Erica Cooper, Daniel A. Verner, Keisha Gilliams, Jim Hendersen, Vernon Matthews junior, Michael DiGiavancarlo, Steve R. Giacomi, George Noujaim, Paul K. Pernerewski junior, JoAnna Cass, Bill DeMaida, Dick Wood, Geraldo Reyes, Martin Spring, Monroe Webster, Larry Butler, Kris Ferrari, Dr. Wright, Steven Vass, and Vincent E. Martinelli junior.  Noticeably missing were Ernest M. Brunelli, Theodore Derouin junior, Christian T. D'Orso, Maria Grazie Cavallo and Jimmie L. Griffin.  Despite representing all City neighborhoods, there was no participation, no attendance, and no representation from the Waterbury Neighborhood Council.
