North End Neighborhood Child Hit by Bus A 6-year-old child was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries after being hit by a school bus on Thursday. Emergency responders transported the child to Saint Mary's Hospital, and they were then taken to Connecticut Children's Medical Center for further treatment. Neighborhood Housing Services of Waterbury (NHSW), the North End of Waterbury Political Action Committee (NEWPAC) neighborhood association, and the Police Activity League (PAL), in conjunction with Uplifting A Life, present a free screening of the animated film "Zootopia" on Friday, August 19th, 2016, at 8:00p.m. at the PAL Park Baseball Field, 64 Division Street.
