Freedom Awards Dinner

The Greater Waterbury Chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People held it's annual Freedom Awards Dinner on November 4th, 2017 at la Bella Vista.  Several dignitaries were present.  Noticeably absent, despite the high concentration of "colored" people in several WNC-member neighborhoods, there was no participation, no attendance, and no representation from the Waterbury Neighborhood Council.
