the Heritage-Ridgeland-Alyce Neighborhood

​The Heritage neighborhood, sometimes referred to as Heritage/Ridgeland/Alyce, is located in the far west of Waterbury.  It currently includes properties on Ridgeland Drive, Crestview Lane, Heritage Drive, Alyce Terrace, and Elaina Circle.  Although the neighborhood, and both Heritage Drive and Ridgeland Drive, are directly off of Bunker Hill Avenue, the only 2 properties on Bunker Hill Avenue included in this neighborhood are the ones which flank the entrance of Ridgeland Drive.  There is some question as to whether this neighborhood also includes the undeveloped properties along the extreme west edge of the City bordering Middlebury.

This neighborhood is more of a sub-neighborhood, colloquially speaking, literally, of the larger Bunker Hill Neighborhood.
