Bucks Hill Disc Golf ???

North End Middle School and Wilby High School together sit on an 84-acre parcel of land.  An estimated 50 acres is currently being used for the school buildings and parking areas.

That leaves an estimate 34 acres of unused, and largely untouched, land.  An average disc golf course sits on about a half acre per hole.  So, with seemingly slightly smaller footprints per hole, this property would be perfect for a disc golf course.  

Of course, this scenario doesn't consider any environmental nor geographic concerns.  

Crosby 
​Disc Golf ???

The combined land mass of Crosby High School and the adjacent elementary school have a nearly 131 acre footprint.

An estimated 50 acres is being used on the Crosby parcel, and an estimated 17 acres of the other parcel is being used by school buildings, parking, and other sports fields and courts.

​The remaining estimated 60 acres may be available for, or at least suitable for, disc golf purposes.

Waterbury
​Disc Golf Courses

There used to be a disc golf course at Hop Brook Lake in Waterbury, but the State removed the baskets.  At this time, there are no disc golf courses in Waterbury.
